Who / What is TSI?

Transforming Solutions, Inc. (TSI) is a consulting firm specializing in defining and implementing process, organization and technology changes. With over 120 successful engagements completed, TSI has a proven track record helping organizations improve —radically or incrementally—and grow in a sustainable, efficient and profitable manner. We do this by using our industry and consulting expertise to work closely with our clients and clarify and execute key business strategies, simplify and streamline business processes and organization structures, align key individual, group and overall goals and performance metrics and radically improve the use of technology.

From rapidly-growing early stage organizations located in various high technology and incubator areas to established product-based and service-oriented companies in the heartland and overseas, TSI leads projects to achieve gains in the following areas:

• Business and Technology Strategic Planning, Business Performance Management & Process Improvement - Helping design and implement an effective, efficient, quality-focused organization
• Software Evaluation & Technology Optimization - Selecting, implementing and optimizing the best use of technology to help achieve better business results

Many of our projects achieve significant improvements in areas such as profitability, service quality and delivery, customer service, and employee satisfaction. During our engagements, we seek to transfer knowledge and develop the capabilities of the management and staff working closely with us.

TSI was started in April of 1995 by several experienced "Big 4" consulting and industry professionals who set out to develop a consulting firm focusing exclusively on our clients' management, business process/performance, change management and technology strategy needs.

TSI's focus is to deliver value-oriented, customized, substantive and immediate recommendations - recommendations that withstand the test of time.
