Who is TSI?

Based in the Chicago-area, TSI specializes in defining and implementing process, organization and technology improvements for mid market businesses and nonprofit/ higher education institutions in the Chicago area and around the world.  Founded in 1995 by experienced "Big 4" consulting and industry professionals, TSI today has a proven track record of providing result-focused, cost-effective solutions that withstand the test of time.                                                                                                                                   

The TSI Difference

TSI addresses organizational challenges from the perspective of the business (understanding and analyzing the business model), the organization (people) and the work (processes) given the context of the current and expected market conditions. 

We are entirely objective since we:

1. Focus our expertise on improving business results and  
2. Do not have a financial relationship with any software/technology vendors
3. Do not sell or provide outsourcing or programming services
4. Are privately held - we control the financial metrics within our firm, not by quarterly earnings targets.

As a result, our only bias is towards our customer’s needs and ensuring their objectives are realized.
 
Our blend of business, finance, technology and consulting expertise and our experience working with a diverse range of clients give us a distinct advantage over our competitors.  Our unique position enables us look at situations from different viewpoints, tap into proven best practices and apply solutions that are known to be successful.
