TSI helped this high growth organization that grew by a factor of 10 in the past 10 years.  TSI assisted with strategic planning and operational alignment before leading its technology requirements definition and evaluation projects.  TSI successfully managed the implementation of four software products assisting the project finish on time and under budget.

TSI’s Role

TSI worked with the Executive team to define/understand the organization's direction ain the context of a changing market.  TSI then led a project to define and analyze its current processes, define operational and technology recommendations, and define future processes while performing a cost-benefit analysis on the recommendations. TSI recommended the implementation of a mid-tier ERP/Financial/Student Management and CRM suite of applications by assisting with the requirements evaluation, vendor selection, contract negotiation and project management of the system implementation.

Estimated savings in excess of $1-2 million per year in improved productivity.
