Assembled project team to understand its business context (i.e. high level state of the industry, organization and departments, and define where it wants to go). Defined and analyzed current processes, invented and implemented improved processes. Employees led the organization structure and roles and responsibilities redesign and signed up for their preferred role.
Results
The majority of the recommendations were implemented within 90 days. Following the implementation, this organization realized its highest sales months in its 100+ year history, with minimal overtime.
