• Travel Services Company – Schaumburg, IL - TSI led a project to define and improve nearly all of this organization’s Financial and Order to Cash processes. This project was then followed by another project that used the process-driven requirements and evaluated key software options and recommended a myriad of process, technology and organizational changes to this rapidly-growing travel services company.
• Multinational Advanced Technology Company - Schaumburg, IL - Cellular Infrastructure Group: TSI led a project to improve the new product development process including the software/firmware and hardware development and project management processes, that reduced project cycle time and improved the communication of various deliverables among the numerous project resources. TSI also assisted the group to define performance metrics and achieve higher levels of SEI (Software Engineering Institute) accreditation. TSI also defined requirements and evaluated and selected a UNIX-based project management tool.
• Search Engine Marketing Company – San Francisco, CA - TSI led the effort to assist this emerging company define efficient business processes within and throughout Finance and Accounting, CRM, Campaign Management and Human Resources. Recommendations and results led in providing the capacity to grow without adding additional staff. In addition, TSI played a key role in defining technology strategy to rearchitect its business intelligence applications and helped with the visioning to redeploy this in a more robust and state of the art technology. TSI co-managed the project to redeploy the BI application.
• Center of Service Excellence (COSE) Practice in International Consulting Firm - Rosemont, IL - TSI helped the organization define its e-Business service offering and its Center of Service Excellence (CoSE) for multiple practice areas to leverage scarce e-Business skills. Identified the processes and roles/ responsibilities that defined how support efforts would either be self-contained or coordinated across several groups. These efforts helped foster collaboration with other business units and enabled improved service delivery to their clients.
• International High Technology Leasing Company- Rosemont IL - TSI led a project to improve and simplify the complicated leasing processes that were resulting in excessive effort to create, maintain and administer the contracts and its terms and conditions. This project implemented recommendations that consolidated and reduced the numerous terms and conditions by over 80% to significantly reduce the time required to create the lease and close the deal. Customer satisfaction and adherence of terms and conditions were also dramatically increased as a result of simplifying the leasing process.
• International Software Development Company, Rosemont, IL - TSI managed project to define the HR processes and implement PeopleSoft in the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll areas in less than five months. Assisted in the definition of upcoming phases to improve the processes and rollout additional PeopleSoft functionality
