• Large Pharmaceutical Company - Franklin Lakes, NJ - TSI provided customized, on-site process improvement training and consulting/facilitation for several dozen product managers and marketing managers. The processes included: new product development, product launch and other product-related processes. As a result of these training/worksessions, these managers implemented the recommendations to make significant gains in their process areas.
• Durable Healthcare Product Supplier – Lincolnshire, IL - This public company recently received FDA approval for its key product and was faced with several challenges to meet the rapidly growing demand for its products. TSI created a roadmap to move from a pure entrepreneurial culture to a commercial and customer focused one. TSI led an intensive effort to radically change core business processes and the use of technology so this organizations bottom line would grow at a more rapid pace than its top line.
• Multi-national Pharmaceutical Company - Chicago area, IL TSI let a project team to define recommendations and provide process improvement training within the Investor Relations and Public Affairs (IR/PA) Group. The recommendations sought to improve the information collection and management activities that IR/PA conducted with representatives throughout and outside of the company. TSI and his team recommended a variety of process-based improvements including the restructuring of teams within the department and the introduction of both short-term and long-term technology improvements.
