TSI assisted a number and wide variety of Professional Services Firms. Listed below are a few examples:

• Global, Public Executive Search Firm - TSI led a project team to define and improve its financial processes and evaluate and select a global financial system. TSI worked extensively with US and International Finance and Accounting management and staff to analyze and improve their processes. TSI helped define and execute the approach to define forward-thinking requirements based on efficient processes and best practices. The project team reviewed approximately 10 software packages and TSI , with other team members, helped to evaluate the alternatives, make a selection, negotiate the contract and plan the global implementation. TSI also led an effort to drive toward a financial shared service model to consolidate the numerous, disparate financial operations. TSI quantified a significant financial and operational savings to consolidate these operations and planned how these could be realized in concert with the global financial implementation. Along the way, TSI made presentations to the Executive Management Team.
• Large High Technology Advertising Firm - TSI led this project to assess and improve the business processes and technology infrastructure for this rapidly growing organization.  Defined recommendations that yielded cost savings exceeding $1MM per year.  TSI played an “acting CIO” role to drive improvements in IT while recruiting and hiring a permanent CIO.  During this project, TSI also played a “hands on” project manager role to define and analyze advertising, finance, HR and IT processes and implement many of the systems, process and technology recommendations.
• Large, Public Consulting Firm - TSI helped the organization define its e-Business service offering and its Center of Service Excellence (CoSE) for multiple practice areas to leverage scarce e-Business skills.  Identified the processes and roles/ responsibilities that defined how support efforts would either be self-contained or coordinated across several groups. These efforts helped foster collaboration with other business units and enabled improved service delivery to their clients. 
• Search Engine Marketing Firm - TSI led the effort to assist this emerging company define efficient business processes within and throughout Finance and Accounting, CRM, Campaign Management and Human Resources.  Recommendations and results led in providing the capacity to grow without adding additional staff.  In addition, TSI played a key role in defining technology strategy to rearchitect its business intelligence applications and helped with the visioning to redeploy this in a more robust and state of the art technology.  TSI co-managed the project to redeploy the BI application.
