Global, Diversified Health Care Company - Illinois

TSI is helping this organization improve compliance and performance in customer service and complaint handling.  This project spans divisions and will both reduce the root causes of complaints and improve processes when out-of-compliance issues are found.

Progressive State University - California

TSI is leading a project to help this university improve its processes while reducing its operating expenses.  This project entails reviewing the organization's processes, organization and use of technology.  To perform this project under tight budget conditions, TSI has trained dozens of management and staff on process improvement and some aspects of change management.

High-technology Travel Information and Services Company - IL

TSI is playing a lead role on an important business intelligence project.  On this engagement, TSI is performing the following role:

Large Education Retailer, Chicago, IL

TSI is leading a project to improve the Application Change Control performance and processes in the various business units across the enterprise.  TSI is employing several fact-finding techniques including online surveys and face to face interviews, documenting the process performance and develop recommendations to improve application delivery and change control performance.

High-technology Travel Information and Services Company - IL

TSI is assisting in the project management and testing phases of a process change and Oracle EBS implementation.  This project will impact all division of this international organization.

Large Health care Research, Testing and Member-based Organization - IL

TSI is analyzing business processes and technology to enable an internally-driven transformation effort.  TSI's recommendations will create organizational agility while reducing the cost structure and increasing transaction speed.  

Rapidly-Growing Regulatory Consulting Firm  - Kenosha, WI

TSI is working closely with the management team of this successful consulting organization that has doubled in size several times in the past 5 years.  Having expanded past the capabilities of their current processes, staffing and technology, this organization reached out to TSI to assist in defining a "Business Context" Strategic Plan, improved business processes and selecting a more scalable and functional technology platform.  

Travel Services Company -Chicago, IL

TSI is managing a section of the project and is also creating nearly 70 Use Cases  as part of the Quote to Cash functional design.  

Mid-Sized Health Care association -Chicago, IL

TSI is performing a technology platform strategy and software vendor evaluation for this research and member-based non-profit organization.

Large Retailer -Chicago, IL

TSI is beginning our work to assist the Corporate Strategy Project Management Organization (PMO) define and improve its Project Management and Business Case processes and policies.

Rapidly Growing Game Distributor - Indianapolis, IN

TSI is currently working with this organization to assess the utility of its key information systems and business processes in two days. Some of the issues that needed to be addressed included supply chain and order management processes and how those processes worked for their B2B and B2C channels.  In addition, this organization is determining whether the existing technology platform that is geared to their industry but supported by a very small organization is the correct fit for them long term.  TSI delivered the assessment and is providing coaching to the existing management team.

Large Retail Operator and Education Content Provider - Chicago, IL

TSI is currently working with this organization to integrate a recently-acquired organization from an operational and organizational perspective. TSI is also helping to define sales and account management documentation to improve hand offs between Sales and Account Management.

Mid-Sized Automobile Parts Manufacturer - Michigan, Indiana, Florida, Mexico

TSI worked with this organization as part of the operational and technology due diligence team. After the transaction was completed, TSI acted as the Program Manager to manage the technology and part of the operational transition efforts. This effort including moving and/or changing dozens of technology service providers and vendors.

Mid-sized Research Institution -Chicago, IL

TSI is currently working with this organization to develop a Technology Road map and Strategic Plan. This plan will align with the overall Strategic Plan and provide an assessment of current technology process, people and architecture capabilities and define a going forward actionable plan.

Rapidly growing Mid-sized Travel Services - Chicago, IL

TSI helped this organization define its business and technical requirements and evaluate several leading SFA/CRM vendors including several products from Oracle and Salesforce.com. TSI served as the neutral facilitator and manager of the process to carefully evaluate leading options relative to the prioritized requirements. TSI also advised this client on critical contractual issues.

Midwest-based Commercial Lighting Designer and Manufacturer’s Representative -Chicago, IL

TSI helped this organization define its key business processes and establish a going forward plan for growth. This plan included key changes in its organization structure, processes and use of technology. TSI helped this organization with the initial process improvement around its sales, account management and financial processes. TSI also helped this client explore some initial technology options including Salesforce.com, NetSuite and several Microsoft packages

Large Privately-held Higher Education Content and Service Provider - Chicago, IL

TSI is currently assisting this growing organization to implement Information Technology Governance (i.e., defining the structure, processes, policies and domains) for this organization to move from a highly-decentralized to a more collaborative environment.

Large Midwestern University - Urbana, IL

TSI is leading an effort for this university to improve its approach toward advancement and development including its strategy, process and technology capabilities. This is becoming an ever increasing issue as state funding continues to be reduced.

TSI is currently in the fact-finding and analysis stages to define improved processes, business and IT requirements and selecting improved technology to enable a significant fund-raising campaign.

TSI modified its popular Process Training Workshop for this growing and forward-thinking organization and trained over 120 of its business analysts and project managers to define, analyze and improve their business processes.

TSI is leading a project to assess and improve this organization's core student registration and financial processes. A software vendor evaluation will follow this phase and result in the selection of an improved enterprise software system.

Growing Travel Services and Media Company - Schaumburg, IL

TSI created an IT and Business Strategy that positions this organization for continued high growth. TSI then performed a process improvement and software vendor evaluation to develop solutions that enable more efficient and scalable growth capabilities.

Large Hospital Consortium - Oak Brook , IL

TSI is in the process of developing an IT Strategic Plan to determine how to leverage and improve a highly disparate centralized/decentralized organization that has acquired 8 hospitals in the last 10 years. This project is part IT assessment and part "Road map Development" to align IT as an enabling organization to help the overall enterprise achieve its strategic goals.

TSI is working closely with PMO, HR and Store Operations to define the approach in a collaborative fashion.

Power Transmission Company - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

TSI was selected from over a half-dozen consulting firms to lead the process development effort to build efficient processes throughout the organization.

Large Public University - Illinois

TSI assisted in the strategic planning and critical issue resolution in this University's College of Business. The result of this effort was the collaborative development of an action plan with specific milestones and targeted results.

Rapidly-growing Search Engine Marketing Company - San Francisco, CA

TSI is assisting in the development of efficient processes and a scalable organization structure and technology architecture for this rapidly growing company.

Large Health care Organization - Oakland, CA

Assisting in deployment of new financial policies and processes in the large, complex distributed environment.

Distributor of Durable Goods Chicago, IL

Assisting in the overall planning and coordination of their corporate and distribution center (DC) relocation including the warehouse design. Prior to this, TSI analyzed their DC configuration and use of 3 PL’s and recommended consolidating and in sourcing some of these functions. This resulted in net savings in excess of $1 million annually.

Health care Plan - New England Area

Developing improved enrollment procedures, job aids and training guides to make productivity gains without changing technology (as the time line does not permit technology changes now).

Educational Publisher - Columbus, OH

TSI performed a rapid two-day assessment of its DC and order management functions and recommended numerous operational, organizational and technology changes to senior management.

Insurance Company - Chicago, IL

Developing their Transformation and Change Management Methodologies. These will be used for all significant internal projects as this organization strives to reinvent many of its key business processes. TSI is leveraging their methodology as the framework from which to customize and train internal consultants.

Health care Association - Chicago, IL

TSI is performing a work flow analysis to improve some of the key business and IT processes. This involves defining how their internal customers are seeking to gain more value from this group, yet focusing on the near-term changes that can be deployed within the next 90-120 days.

Professional Services Firm - Chicago, IL

Assisting in software vendor evaluation and contract negotiation. This will result in improved processes, based on the up front process work we completed earlier.
