Overview
TSI helps our clients to implement critical changes that improve their operating performance. Since change is not limited to any specific domain - Technology, Human Resources or other areas, TSI plays a role that can best be described as "change agent" meets Project Manager. We look at the People, Process and Technology changes in their entirety and work through the complexities that often prevent real benefit-resulting change from being made.

Why can TSI be more successful than other options?
Simply put, we've done it before - over and over. Having well over 100 successful process, technology and organizational change initiatives under our belt, TSI's style and approach is conducive to developing a healthy and respectful relationship between the myriad constituents involved - internal business owners at multiple levels and usually in multiple locations, IT, external software implementation partners and others.
TSI has experienced Project Managers, including those certified as Project Management Professionals. But it is the way we apply our experience, change and PM expertise to our clients in an applied fashion that causes TSI to be chosen to help our clients with their most important projects.
A typical engagement where TSI can provide program management services would look like this (example based on an ERP implementation project):
- Overall Program Management (on behalf of the client) - TSI can serve as your Program Management Office for your project, providing overall program management services covering planning, communications, and coordination with all involved parties and issues resolution. The identification and addressing of key change management issues is an important facet of preparing and coaching the organization through the implementation phase.
- Change Management - TSI can serve as the integration and intersection point that brings the People, Process and Technology change together. This means that we provide thought leadership with respect to how technology, process and organizational change is absorbed so it achieves the desired results on an ongoing basis. We look at and address how roles are changed, how compensation structures, metrics, reporting relationships, processes and other governance structures are impacted.
- Implementation and Technical Planning Management - TSI can provide technical and architecture management services to insure that the technical infrastructure is in place to support the implementation. Our consultants work with your IT Infrastructure group, including any Managed Services Provider and we monitor progress made according to the plan.
- Process Facilitation - TSI can provide functional management to lead users in configuring the systems to support your proposed new processes, business strategy and the business case that justified this change early in the process. Often our work leverages the To Be Process maps that we have been engaged to deliver in an earlier phase.
- Vendor Management - TSI can monitor vendor activities and identify issues regarding contract compliance, timelines and deliverables. Often we facilitate vendors to deliver their services in a more quality focused and sometimes more cost effective manner.
