Registration, Workshop Cost and Cancellation Policy

The cost for this two-day workshop is $750 per person. TSI does offer $100 off the workshop cost if two or more people in the same group attend. The workshop cost includes all training materials and a continental breakfast, lunch and beverages during the workshops. TSI accepts checks as a valid form of payment.

For cancellations, it is required that you notify TSI at least 10 business days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within this period are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Learn from the Best in the Industry:

Dan Feely, founder and Partner of TSI, has over 22 years of process improvement and reengineering expertise in numerous industries. Integrating “real world” scenarios with the basic and advanced concepts of process improvement, Dan creates an engaging, learning intensive environment. Dan has successfully led business and technology process improvement projects for companies like Motorola, Ameritech, Leo Burnett Technology Group, Life Fitness, Rand McNally, Kemper Insurance, the City of Denver and others. Dan also teaches on behalf of University of California – Berkeley, Michigan State University’s Broad School of Management, University of Texas and Colorado State University. Dan received his B.S. in Operations Management/Information Systems with honors from Northern Illinois University and sits on several boards of Chicago-based corporations.

Michael McHale is an experienced consultant previously being the VP of Quality and Assessment for Modus Media International, a global software manufacturing and supply chain management company. There, his responsibilities included worldwide quality systems management, measurement-driven continuous improvement, intellectual property security and customer loyalty research. Michael has designed and directed multiple process benchmarking initiatives, quality and best practice implementations and performance scorecard systems worldwide. Michael’s extensive background in quality systems, process and assessment, continuous improvement, human development, training, and supplier management, across a wide range of global service, logistics, technology and manufacturing businesses, has positioned him as a world-class quality improvement consultant and business problem-solver. Michael twice has served as a member of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners, holds ISO 9000 Lead Assessor credentials, and has been certified by the American Society for Quality as a Quality Auditor. He earned a degree in BA from Southland University in St. Louis, Missouri and he has achieved SPHR status with the Society for Human Resource Management. Michael is a member of Mensa and Intertel and is an outstanding speaker and presenter at conferences and events.

Colin Maiorano provides training, consulting and coaching to executives and organizations in the area of strategy and innovation. His unique area of focus is in new product development and making innovation a core competency. He concentrates on speeding up the time between idea to prototype and also on harnessing the ideas of all employees in an organization, not just the product development team. Colin has taught business courses of Colorado Mountain College, and Johnson and Wales University and has also provided training for Indiana University, Michigan State University, University of Illinois, Ferris State University and Taylor University. His consulting has taken him on projects to Europe, South Africa and China and his executive coaching has allowed him to work with CEOs and executive directors of not-for-profit organizations around the country. The coaching focuses on leadership development and developing emotional intelligence to build trust and influence. Colin has worked as a speech writer and presentation coach for executives who have to give critical speeches. He has developed entirely or been part of team for developing leadership programs at Hewlett-Packard-Compaq, Eli Lilly and Company, Arthur Andersen, LLP, and Taylor University.

Daily Workshop Schedule:

The workshop will begin at 8:30 AM each day and end at approximately 4:45 PM. Refreshment breaks will occur mid-morning and mid-afternoon. The workshop will break for lunch at approximately noon each day for 60 minutes.

Customized On Site Workshops

TSI will also come in to your organization and train your employees by focusing on your processes and problems areas. Generally this becomes cost effective when there are at least 5 or more people that would benefit from the training.
